The Veraison is one of the most beautiful and charming moments to see in the vineyard: it is the moment that precedes the harvest and concludes the ripening process of the bunches. Those flowers that decorated our vineyard, now are grapes with fruit set. At the end of July, they will gradually change from green to purple shades .The colour of the bunches is a very important element in winemaking because it will be the skin, enriched with polyphenols, that will give color and body to future wines.
